The Hydro Wash washer is a multifunctional device that enables fully automatic washing of details in a motor-driven rotary basket or, for details with a more complex shape, washing with high pressure of 140 bar. Thanks to this combination of processes, it is safe to say that the device will be used in every workshop.

It will successfully improve work in a company dealing with the regeneration of turbochargers, steering gears and gearboxes.

HYDRO POWER pressure washers

Hydro Power are professional pressure washers made of high-quality stainless steel for a wide range of applications. Washers are very effective for regenerating turbochargers and for cleaning heavily dirty parts made of steel, cast iron, aluminum and other alloys.

Washing is carried out in a closed circuit, using MRS Cleaner Ultra Active washing liquid heated to a temperature of 45 degrees C. The MRA Cleaner Active preparation is released from the gun nozzle under a pressure of up to 140 Bar, thanks to which it thoroughly cleans hard-to-reach places and heavily dirty parts. carbon deposits, grease or oil. Both the temperature and the liquid increase the washing efficiency. The washers are equipped with two filters. They have adjustable feet, the
adjustment level is up to 20 cm. We have equipped the washer flaps with pneumatic actuators to increase the safety and quality of work with the washer. An additional advantage of the washer is a through brush or a compressed air gun. There are cleaning nozzles on the glass, which allows visibility of the washer's operation.

Workshop and manual washers

The manual washer is one of the most universal and most frequently used by our customers. They work by removing greasy contaminants from products using a through brush through which the washing liquid flows.

The item to be washed is placed on a perforated worktop with a drip tray underneath. The liquid flowing through the brush dissolves and washes away greasy contaminants on the product to be washed. Heavier particles settle at the bottom of the barrel or bathtub, and the washing liquid (being lighter) returns to circulation.

The flow of fluid through the brush is forced by a suction-pressure pump. The cleaning fluid circuit is closed.

DPF DUO The latest DPF regeneration technology

The device allows you to remove soot and ash from the DPF/FAP filter, without negatively affecting the filter structure, restoring up to 99% of the rated throughput. Our technologists have made every effort to ensure that the cleaning procedure is safe for the environment and machine operators.

The regeneration process takes place in a closed chamber, equipped with filters that prevent harmful contaminants from escaping into the room where the machine is located. The water and liquid circulates in a closed circuit and is filtered during the entire process, which significantly extends the life of the bath. DPF DUO Premium cleans filters using water, chemicals and air. A properly selected, computer-controlled sequence of feeding water with a chemical agent and air, combined with impulses generated by compressed air, ensures effective regeneration.

After the cleaning process is completed, the device dries the filters with air at a temperature of 90 degrees Celsius, which ensures complete evaporation of the cleaning solution. After drying is completed, the device performs a final measurement of the back pressure. Such a measurement can also be performed before cleaning, which allows subsequent comparison of the backpressure values before and after cleaning. The device is equipped with a printer that allows you to print a measurement report.

The filter washing time for passenger cars is 20-40 minutes, for trucks about 50-75 minutes, which allows the regeneration of up to a dozen filters within 8 hours. High efficiency combined with low operating costs guarantee a quick return on purchase costs.
